Partnership Process – Frequently Asked Questions

Who should complete the Potential Partnership Interest Form?

Any organization, institution, or entity interested in exploring a potential strategic partnership with Sikhona should complete the form. This includes organizations that are not yet partners but wish to be considered for collaboration, alignment, or future initiatives.

All submissions are reviewed by Sikhona’s Strategic Partnership Committee in accordance with Board-mandated partnership evaluation protocols. Select submissions may also be reviewed at the executive level as part of our governance and diligence process.

No. Submission of the form does not constitute a partnership offer, agreement, or commitment by either party. It is an initial screening and evaluation step within Sikhona’s formal partnership process.

Organizations demonstrating strong strategic alignment may be invited—at the discretion of the Committee and consistent with Board oversight—to advance to further discussions or due diligence.

While each submission is reviewed holistically, evaluations typically consider:

  • Strategic and mission alignment

  • Organizational capacity and readiness

  • Long-term value creation potential

  • Governance, credibility, and operational integrity

Additional criteria may apply depending on the nature of the proposed partnership.

No. Sikhona accepts Potential Partnership Interest Form submissions on an ongoing, rolling basis. Prospective partners may submit the form at any time for consideration.
That said, submissions are reviewed in the order received and in alignment with Sikhona’s strategic priorities. Early submission is encouraged, as it allows our Strategic Partnership Committee and leadership teams to evaluate opportunities in a timely and coordinated manner.

Once submitted, your information enters Sikhona’s formal review process. If there is mutual alignment, a member of the Sikhona team may follow up regarding next steps, which could include introductory discussions or additional due diligence phases.

Due to the volume and nature of submissions, not all applicants may be contacted.

Sikhona approaches partnerships with a long-term, governance-led mindset. We prioritize disciplined evaluation, mutual accountability, and mission alignment to ensure collaborations are sustainable, ethical, and impactful at scale.

The Potential Partnership Interest Form is located above this Frequently Asked Questions section on this page. Prospective partners are encouraged to complete and submit the form in full to be considered under Sikhona’s formal partnership review process.
